Flower House "Spiti Louloudia" for 2-5 occupants

Our vacation home "Spiti Louloudia" was built in 2002 and is located amidst flourishing flower beds and oleander hedges. On about 70 m² of living space, it offers - with its living/eating/kitchen unit and two bedrooms with a common bath/shower/WC and washing machine - a high, comfortable standard of living for 4-5 occupants. The rooms are equipped with aluminium windows and doors with insect screens and - partly - with air conditioning.

In the "parents' bedroom", you'll find a comfortable iron-wrought king size bed, the "children's room" offers two brick-built beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with built-in closets and offer access to the well-kept, wind-protected terraces between river and house via sliding doors.

The living room has an open fireplace for cooler evenings (firewood is provided) and a big brick-build bench (which could be used as another place to sleep). There is a dining area for 5-6 people. The living room also offers access to a wind-protected and shielded pergola with a cozy seating corner for 5-6 people.

With a ceran glass-ceramic cooktop panel, an oven, a big fridge with a freezer compartment and a dish washer, the kitchen is excellently equipped. Dishes are available for about 10 people and there is also a plentiful supply of bedding and towels (except beach towels).
